Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy (Nero Illusion)

Some Nero Illusion products may be offered under special purchase options such as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how these purchases can be modified or canceled.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Nero Illusion, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each scheduled delivery. Nero Illusion does not require deposits for subscriptions. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email. For more details regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order with Nero Illusion, you are purchasing a product that is not immediately available and will be produced or shipped at a later date. No deposit is charged for pre-orders. The full payment is processed according to the terms presented at checkout. Pre-orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once the product enters production or has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. Any refund request will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy
When selecting the try before you buy option, your payment method is authorized before the order is completed. You will have a designated period of time to decide whether to keep the product. If the item is not returned within the specified timeframe, the full amount will be automatically charged to your payment method.
