Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders placed with Nero Illusion are custom-produced. Production and order fulfillment are handled primarily from our facilities in Puerto Rico. In some cases, certain items may be produced and shipped by trusted third-party suppliers, either within or outside Puerto Rico, depending on product type and availability.
Orders are processed based on production schedules and order volume. Please note that all Nero Illusion products require production time before shipping.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
How long will production and shipping take?
The estimated production and shipping timeframe is 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Will I be charged taxes?
All prices displayed on the Nero Illusion website are subject to Puerto Rico state and municipal sales tax (IVU). Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
