CUSTOM SERVICE DETAILS

  • Minimum Quantity: Starting at 6 units per design.
  • Lead Time: 2 to 3 weeks (depending on our current production and order volume).
  • Samples: A digital/virtual mock-up will be emailed for approval within 2-3 business days. Blank samples available upon request.

Design & Logo Specifications

To ensure the highest quality for your embroidery or prints, we require your designs to be submitted in vector or high-resolution formats.

  • Accepted Formats: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .PDF (Vector), or High-Res .PNG (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Requirements: All fonts should be outlined (converted to curves). If your logo has fine details or gradients, our team will advise you on the best technique (Embroidery, DTF, or Sublimation) to maintain design integrity.
Item and Quantity Specs

Pricing is heavily based on volume and the type of garment. Please specify:

  • Minimum Order: Our minimum is 6 units per design/style.
  • Item Style: Tell us the specific product (e.g., Trucker Hat, Hoodie, T-shirt) and the colors you need.
  • Breakdown: Provide a breakdown of sizes if ordering apparel (S, M, L, XL, etc.).
Logo Placement & Timeline

Where and when do you need it?

  • Placement: Clearly state where you want the logo (e.g., Front center, Side panel, Left chest, or Back).
  • Logo Size: Provide the approximate width/height you want for your logo (e.g., 2.5 inches wide).
  • Deadline: Our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks. If you have a specific event date, please let us know upfront to check availability.
Shipping & Delivery (Puerto Rico & USA)

Carrier Services: We ship all custom orders exclusively via USPS or Island Wide (for local PR delivery). If a different carrier is required, it must be manually coordinated with our team.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are not fixed. Costs are calculated individually for each order based on total weight, dimensions, and final destination. Shipping fees will be included in your final invoice.

No Local Pickup: Please note that we only offer shipping services. Local pickup is not available at our production facility.

Transit Times: Delivery times are determined solely by the carrier once the package leaves our facility. Nero Illusion is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will provide a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
